How to Use

  1. Adjust the seat and chest pad for optimal positioning.

  2. Sit upright with feet flat on the footrests and hands gripping the handles.

  3. Pull the handles toward your torso while keeping your elbows close to your body.

  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak of the movement.

  5. Slowly return to the starting position. Repeat for 10–15 reps.
